Generative AI Local Delivery & Adoption Lead

Leveraging value through Generative AI is one of the main ambitions of ENGIE. Since April, a team of passionate people has been working hard to launch valuable use cases for the Group. As part of our Generative AI Program launched in 2024, hosted by ENGIE Digital, we would like to strengthen our acceleration path with key resources dedicated to Delivery & Adoption. The ENGIE’s GenAI Program will be in action at the beginning of the use cases life cycle, as a key enabler, to help Group Businesses in their path to scaling-up.

The Program will be in charge of the development of prioritized use cases for the Group and also the follow-up of pilots financed by Business / Corporate entities.

As the Generative AI Local Delivery & Adoption Lead, reporting to Generative AI Program Lead, your roles & responsibilities will be to:

Onboard business and corporate entities:

• Share Program status, milestones & roadmap and help to align business / corporate entities initiatives with the central governance
• Share a transversal view of all local GenAI initiatives and foster cross entities developments
• Contribute to the success of key business / corporate entities use-cases:
• Participate in project meetings
• Manage relation with the Program, ENGIE transversal entities and corporate teams & partners
• Contribute and participate in steering committees

Accelerate GenAI adoption and developments by:

• Providing guidelines from risks, technology assessments, AI policies, and ensure safe & secure GenAI use-cases developments
• Sharing technical foundation assets to accelerate GenAI applications development and Group transformation
• Sharing REX and key learnings from past use-cases developments to grow re-use and avoid redundancy
• Develop a GenAI network of key stakeholders, contributors and identify Champions for the GenAI Community within local entities

Ensure closed interactions with the GenAI Program:

• In relation with the GenAI CoE / CoD (Center of Expertise / Center of Delivery), foster a community of practice facilitating knowledge-sharing between entities & Program stakeholders
• Provide a transversal view and a follow-up of all business / corporate entities initiatives & POC developments to Program Lead, PMO and Value Lead
• Report alerts and divergences to central governance stakeholders
• Share REX and key learnings from local use-cases developments
• Centralize the local entities requests for change in the GenAI foundation assets
• Help enrich the GenAI ecosystem and foundations
• From business / corporate entities initiatives, share technology market evolution
• Collaborate with external partners and providers to enhance the GenAI ecosystem in collaboration with GenAI CoE

Your profile: 

With a Master's degree (business/management/engineering school), you have at least 10 years' experience in project management and digital.

You show an interest in generative AI technology, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an ability to popularize and adapt to different types of audiences, both technical and non-technical (ability to work with cross-functional teams).

You are fluent in English.
