What You Can Expect
As a Development Analyst at ENGIE North America, you will support the growth of distributed solar and storage projects within our Distributed Solar and Storage (DSS) division as an entry level role. You'll assist in site origination and management of tasks across land acquisition, permitting, environmental assessments, and pre-construction phases, contributing directly to ENGIE's renewable energy goals in North America. By collaborating closely with internal experts and external stakeholders, you'll develop foundational skills essential for transitioning into a Development Associate role. Your ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, conduct diligent analysis, and present clear project updates will position you for increased responsibilities within the development team.
- Support the development team in advancing multiple solar and storage projects across various states
- Conduct preliminary site due diligence, identifying potential challenges and ensuring proper documentation
- Assist with maintaining and updating project pipeline trackers and development data
- Prepare and support presentations for internal reviews and external stakeholder meetings, including community engagements and policy discussions
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, environmental sciences, sustainability, engineering, or related fields
- General understanding of renewable energy market trends

- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy

Compensation
Hourly Range: $36.00-$55.14 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
