What You Can Expect
As the Project Manager II, you will oversee multiple solar photovoltaic and energy storage projects, ensuring each is completed according to specifications, schedule, and budget. From the point site control is secured until handover to the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team, you will serve as the primary contact for clients, coordinate closely with engineering teams to validate designs, procure materials and labor, and enforce strict adherence to health and safety standards.
In your daily activities, you will manage complex projects concurrently, establish and monitor project schedules and budgets, report regularly to stakeholders, and conduct on-site audits to ensure compliance and quality. You will also facilitate obtaining permits, manage interconnection processes, and liaise with installers and suppliers to maintain project efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Simultaneously manage multiple complex projects through all phases, from development to operational handover.
- Audit project sites to enforce health and safety standards and ensure quality compliance.
- Track and manage project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing deviations and documenting progress for stakeholders.
- Act as the central liaison for clients, contractors, and suppliers, resolving issues promptly and maintaining contractual obligations
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of two 2 years’ experience in a Project Management, Engineering or Construction role
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- Must be available to travel domestically 30% of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Compensation
Salary Range: $86,100 – $132,020 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
