Trainee

We are looking for a senior student with an interest in developing a career in Commercial and General Corporate law.

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the Romanian commercial law;
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Collaborative and supportive team player;
• Advanced user of English language and MS Office package;
• High degree of planning and ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines;
• Positive attitude, optimistic, and willingness to grow professionally;
• No previous experience is required.

What you will do?

• Support the legal counsel within their current activity including  archive management, and general administrative duties;
• Researching and advising on legal and regulatory matters related to energy industry;
• Support in development, review, and implementation of the Group practice, including, monitoring, and enforcement of such practice;
• Support and partner with the relevant local teams on legal matters, legal updates, and business initiatives.
• Support legal team on disputes/pre-disputes;
• Reporting, analyses, summaries for the internal needs of the company.
