JOB PURPOSE
Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Procurement solutions across ENGIE, ensuring reliable operations, effective user adoption, and high-quality user support. The role focuses on solution availability, knowledge management, process documentation, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal performance of Procurement platforms.
III. RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational activities of Procurement solutions (MSP, S2C, P2R).
- Ensure solution availability, data accuracy, quality control, and effective user support.
- Manage incidents, service requests, minor enhancements, and configuration updates in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for end users, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and ensuring a positive user experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and training materials to support solution adoption.
- Collaborate with IT teams, solution owners, and software vendors on technical topics, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
- Contribute to the optimization and standardization of Procurement processes and digital solutions across ENGIE.

V. DECISION MAKING (Autonomy)
- Perform activities under the guidance and direction of Procurement Solution Owners.
- Apply established processes and guidelines while identifying opportunities for improvement and escalation when required.
VI. INTERRELATIONSHIPS
Internal stakeholders: Procurement teams, GBS Operations, IT teams, Business stakeholders, Solution Owners.
External stakeholders: Software vendors, implementation partners, and system integrators.
VII. OCCUPATIONAL PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Languages:
- English – mandatory
- French and/or Spanish – considered an asset
Professional Experience:
2–5 years of experience in Procurement operations, business applications, solution administration, IT support, or related areas.
Procurement Solutions / Platforms:
Experience with Procurement digital solutions such as MSP, S2C, P2R, or similar platforms is preferred.
