We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to manage projects with regional IT teams and IT global organization. This position is key to managing technical transformation projects. Within the Shared Service team in the Network & Cybersecurity division, the Network & Cybersecurity Project Manager (F/H/X) is responsible for the planning, implementation and management of projects related to telecom, network and security.

What you will do:
- Planning and Project Management: Define the objectives, deadlines, risks and budgets of telecom, network and cybersecurity projects. Coordinate technical teams and monitor projects until completion.
- Agile Methodology: Lead the project team in utilizing a basic Kanban agile method to manage and prioritize workload. Facilitate regular agile meetings and contribute to the agile process.
- Change Management: Define the change organization and planning with the various stakeholders, whether for implementation or validation (i.e. functional tests with the business units). Ensure compliance with the change management process and present the changes in the CAB (Change Advisory Board) for successful production deployment.
- Integration Management: lead technical changes, potentially during off-hours, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Collaboration: Establish close cooperation and synergies with the "Shared Service" teams worldwide (Project Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer, Designer Solution, etc.). Build a trusting relationship with the group's IT department and the various entities of the group (local IT, etc.).
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on delivery performance, and other key metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain transparency and accountability.
- Technology Watch: Stay informed of the latest trends and threats in cybersecurity.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Rigor: Establish precise project plans with clear deadlines and well-defined steps. Use tracking tools to monitor project progress and ensure everything is on track.
- Commitment: Ensure regular and transparent communication with all project stakeholders. Encourage and support team members to maintain their motivation and commitment.
- Autonomy: Develop the ability to make independent and informed decisions to move the project forward. Manage your time effectively to complete tasks without constant supervision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English Fluent). Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: High analytical and problem solving abilities. Capability to think critically.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation. Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal clients.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements. Eager to learn and stay updated with new technologies and processes.
- Reporting: Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate reports. Ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way to stakeholders.
Technical Skills (Preferred) :
- Knowledge of WAN & SD-WAN
- Knowledge of LAN & WIFI technologies
- Network Security:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in managing telecom, network and cybersecurity projects in an "Agile" environment, preferably in a global or multinational organization. (minimum 4 to 8 years of experience.)
- Qualifications in Agile, Prince2 or any other project management methodology
