Responsabilities:

  • Leading complex projects from business requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Taking responsibility for project organization to ensure coherent detailed project planning according to the PM methodology and best practices implemented in ENGIE Group.
  • Building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
  • Analyzing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope, timelines, and costs to ensure adherence to project requirements and objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and third parties, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
  • Establishing and maintaining processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within and across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring and assigning resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs.
  • Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed, escalating issues when necessary based on project work plans.
  • Collaborating continuously with IT Management to identify project interdependencies/impact on other ongoing projects from the PMO Portfolio, ensuring proactive risk escalation and implementation of necessary actions to avoid interproject collisions.
  • Evaluating ENGIE business processes and requirements, anticipating needs, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conducting meetings to collect and analyze business requirements and user needs.
  • Gathering and analyzing preliminary requirements reflecting the business strategy and short/long-term objectives, providing detailed insights aligned with IT architecture under Feasibility Study, RFI, RFP, and Tender Book documentation.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the fields of computer science or equivalent;
  • 5+ years Project Management working experience in the Information Technology area;
  • Project Management and MS Project Professional Courses (certification is an advantage);
  • Solid technical background, with understanding of the IT systems implementation and development processes (working experience with SAP Business Warehouse, SAP ERP or SAP IS-U projects is an advantage);
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office;
  • Independent user of English language (B1 - read, write, speak);
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills; analytical thinking, positive & CAN-DO attitude;
  • Ability to collect and analyze client requirements and transfer the proper information to technical team;
  • Ability to define, implement and update project plans in accordance with the business needs throughout project start up, execution and completion, in alignment with company vision.
