We are currently looking for person with good analytical skills to join our CREDIT & KYC RISK team as KYC ANALYST (18-month determined contract).

What you will do:
- You will ensure compliance with existing regulations, internal ENGIE policies, and Energy Management standards, as well as the implementation of KYC tools and processes.
- You will support management in handling regulatory projects (such as TMT, Watch, filtering, country risk assessment, policy reviews, etc.), while also providing guidance on the development of new activities.
- You will be responsible for client onboarding and integration, with key activities including:
- Reviewing documents to ensure KYC/AML and Ethics compliance for both new and existing counterparties;
- Providing support for specific agreements, including proposing clauses in collaboration with the Legal department;
- Verifying and validating files prepared within the service;
- Participating in ongoing supervisory controls;
- Responding to urgent commercial matters;
- Making decisions regarding the authorization of various transactions.
- You will monitor existing counterparties in relation to KYC processes and provide relevant alerts and recommendations when necessary.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Completed Master's degree;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in validating files from a KYC/AML compliance perspective;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Proactive approach in identifying and implementing solutions;
- Ability to effectively manage demanding situations;
- Strong communication skills.
Represents advantage:
- Relevant experience in a KYC/AML risk position, ideally within a trading or Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) environment;
- Experience with commodity transactions, including both physical and financial products, as well as related mechanisms and risks.
