What you will do:
Strategy Definition:
- You will define the strategy for the service/product family under your charge and oversee its evolution.
- You will supervise all human, IT/technical, and financial resources with the dual objective of ensuring satisfactory functioning of the services/products you are responsible for and contributing to the creation and development of new strategic opportunities to ensure the company's growth.
- You will promote ENGIE IT services to clients.
- You will anticipate technological changes and necessary investments within your scope and ensure organizational efficiency.
Alignment and Evolution of Offerings:
- You will carry the strategic vision of services: alignment, coherence, sourcing, in collaboration with and respecting the initiatives of the Group IT.
- You will propose organizational changes for your service/product family, in terms of services/products or service lines.
- You will ensure the coherence of services within your scope.
- You will represent ENGIE IT to the assigned BU IT departments.
Governance & Management:
- You will attend Management Committees.
- You will make decisions between service/product lines.
- You will represent the service/product lines within the company's and Group IT's governance.
- You will implement the company's strategy within the family you manage: HR policy, sourcing, transformation, organization, etc.
- You will drive a dynamic of skill development for resources.
- You will manage relationships with external providers and partners.
- You will ensure the implementation of IT security policies within your scope to guarantee the reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of client data.
- You will manage and animate the operational teams under your responsibility.
- You will make budgetary decisions between the service/product lines.
Performance of Service/Product Lines:
- You will construct the PMT (Multi-Year Plan) for your scope in terms of budget strategy (investments, distribution, arbitration) and associated resources.
- You will carry the budget commitment for the consolidation of service/product lines.
- You will validate SLAs/OLAs defined by service/product lines.
- You will ensure the coherence of services/products within your responsibility with those of other families.
- You will oversee the implementation and compliance with quality assurance and IT security procedures and methods.
- You will negotiate, manage, and monitor the implementation of outsourced service contracts with dedicated teams.
- You will analyze the performance of subcontractors regarding quality and cost compliance.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computing Science, Software Engineering, Information systems or a related field;
- 7-10 years experience in IT with at least 3-5 year in management roles within a Shared Service Centre or a multinational organization;
- Experience in building and scaling IT teams in a SSC environment, including ramp-up management and It process implementation;
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Managment , ITIL and It lT governance methodologies;
- Experience in IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, cloud computing and enterprise application support preferred;
- Ability to collaborate with global teams to align IT strategies;
- Experience in IT budgeting, negotiating contracts with IT vendors and managing SLAs;
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a high performing twam;
- Strategic mindset;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical thinking and problem solving orientation;
