We are looking for a highly experienced and strategically minded Head of Finance & Performance, a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the company’s financial integrity and driving long‑term value creation. Acting as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and Executive Team, this role ensures strong financial governance, transparent reporting, and forward‑looking insights that support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance leader with strategic vision, analytical strength, and operational excellence.
Responsabilities:
- Leading and coordinating all financial functions: accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow, and financial risk.
- Implementing financial governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial reporting.
- Overseeing statutory and IFRS reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, as well as Group/shareholder standards.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Supporting the development and execution of the company’s strategy and long‑term business plan.
- Analyzing financial and operational performance (KPIs, margins, profitability, ROIC).
- Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Executive Committee.
- Acting as a trusted business partner to senior management in major decisions.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Building financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and sensitivity assessments.
- Monitoring budget performance, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions.
- Overseeing cash‑flow and liquidity management, including financing needs.
- Managing financial risks (liquidity, FX, credit, cost exposure).
- Ensuring financial stability and long‑term business continuity.
- Analyzing and optimizing profitability across products, services, and business lines.
- Supporting pricing, costing, and investment decisions.
- Contributing to new business development through financial evaluation and modelling.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team to ensure high performance.
- Promoting a culture of accountability, rigor, and results orientation.
- Strengthening collaboration between finance and operational teams.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
- Professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA is an advantage.
- 7–10 years of experience in finance, plus minimum 5 years in senior financial leadership roles;
- Strong expertise in accounting, finance, and IFRS;
- Experience in financial management, controlling, cash‑flow, and risk;
- Solid understanding of financial and tax legislation;
- Experience with financial analysis, valuation, business cases, and investment evaluation;
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent);
- Proven experience in medium to large organizations; exposure to energy or B2B services is a plus;
- Strategic mindset and strong business acumen;
- Executive‑level decision‑making skills;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capability;
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
- Leadership ability and experience developing high‑performing teams;
- Integrity, resilience, and strong orientation toward results.
