We are looking for a Compliance Process Manager who will play a key role in ensuring that our processes, controls, and ways of working remain aligned with the highest quality, compliance, and governance standards. Through close collaboration with various stakeholders, you will contribute to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the sustainable performance of our organization.
Responsabilities:
- Provide information and support to certification bodies to maintain existing standards and obtain new certifications.
- Define, review, and communicate management system documentation including manuals, procedures, forms, and operational policies for allocated entities.
- Plan and coordinate document reviews with process owners to ensure operational policies, work instructions, and procedures remain current and compliant.
- Support process owners in defining internal controls and conducting annual assessments in line with INCOME requirements.
- Participate in quality audits and internal control testing, and deliver timely audit reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Monitor non-conformities, improvement proposals, and action plans resulting from audits or INCOME campaigns, and support their resolution.
- Manage the Segregation of Duties (SoD) application, identify incompatibilities in business activities, and define compensatory controls where needed.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Training and/or certifications in Quality Management Systems, Internal Quality Auditing, Risk Management, and Process Improvement.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum intermediate level).
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively under time pressure, with a positive and proactive attitude.
