The Team Leader – IT Cloud Operations (Azure & AWS) plays a key role in managing and overseeing the cloud operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality of service, compliance with group processes, and coordination with international teams. The position involves working extended hours, including nights and weekends, to maintain the availability and performance of cloud infrastructure.

What you will do:

  • Lead and manage the cloud operations team.
  • Coordinate with international teams and integrate into group tools and processes.
  • Manage cloud servers and associated tooling.
  • Install, deploy, and administrate IaaS and PaaS services in collaboration with cloud partners.
  • Maintain the operational condition of the infrastructure, adhering to group standards.
  • Provide Level 1 to 3 operational maintenance on cloud environments, Windows Servers, and Linux Servers.
  • Write and update documentation for solutions and incidents.
  • Design and implement scalable cloud solutions to meet business needs.
  • Ensure security compliance according to group policies.
  • Guarantee the availability of the infrastructure.
  • Advise and assist business units in their cloud-related activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, cost optimization, performance, and availability of platforms.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with group standards.
  • Manage, monitor, and operate existing infrastructures, identifying and resolving technical problems.

 

Desired education, expertise and skills: 

  • 5/10 years of experience; Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Incident, problem and change management (ITIL)
  • Automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform)
  • Monitoring tools (AWS Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, Centreon, Grafana)
  • Cloud security best practices (IAM, RBAC, encryption)
  • ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • On-call shifts during nights and weekends
  • Ability to respond quickly to critical incidents
  • Fluency in English : B2 (spoken and written)
  • Fluency in French or German : B2 (spoken and written)
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate or AWS Solution architect associate
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Cloud security certifications (e.g., AZ-500, AWS Security Specialty)
  • ITSM tooling : Service Now
  • Network skills : DNS, security group

 

Other information:

  • Interventions during non-working hours: On-call duty and intervention during non-working hours are mandatory.
  • Service hours: fixed hours of presence to maintain a service slot (9am to 6pm – Paris time).
