Job Description
As a Marketing Programs Intern - EMEA & APAC, you will:
- Polish your growth marketing skills and help galvanize demand generation for sustainability services across Europe, Africa, Middle East, India and Asia-Pacific through localized programs.
- Play an active role in building these local marketing programs, from content & channel strategy to implementation, lead qualification (MQL’ing), campaign monitoring and results reporting.
- Execute marketing programs from A to Z, using cutting-edge marketing automation tools and innovative lead nurturing solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot & Sendoso).
- Support the team in coordinating third-party events and organizing global webinars and local networking initiatives.
- Partner with our digital marketers on local projects including SEO, webpages programming & digital ads.
- Work together with our subject matter experts to amplify their expertise to our audience on a range of sustainability transformation topics through social media campaigns and public relations across territories; take an active part in developing an expert social posting program.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, marketing or communication.
- Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT literacy is required.
- Strength in data segmentation, stewardship and analytics processes.
- Strong communication skills in English (French, Spanish and/or German are considered as assets), strife for knowledge and dedication to delivering on sustainability transformation.
- Team player, committed and attentive, strong emotional intelligence.
- Passion for sustainability and experience in climate action.
- Fast-learner and open to feedback.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Appreciated: good writing skills to develop one pagers and proposal language.
Practical details:
- This is an unpaid internship.
- Hybrid and flexible work environment : mix of home working and team meetings at ENGIE Tower Brussels.
- ENGIE Impact will provide all materials for daily work such as a laptop, webcam, etc.
- Ideal start date: mid-January/February 2024
- Period: 3 to 6 months (ideal duration is 6 month)
- You will receive access to ENGIE University global resources & a pool of marketing/sustainability experts.
- Cadence: full-time internship or at least 4 days per week.
