Your Mission
As a Wellbeing Officer at Tractebel, your mission is to develop, implement, and monitor initiatives that promote a sustainable culture of physical, mental, and social wellbeing across the company. In close collaboration with HR, management, and health & safety teams, you will act as a trusted point of contact and a driving force in improving quality of life at work, managing psychosocial risks, and fostering a healthy and inclusive environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular wellbeing assessments through surveys and tools to identify trends, challenges, and needs.
- Develop and implement action plans tailored to different employee profiles, focusing on stress prevention, mental health, physical activity, and work-life balance.
- Organize and facilitate awareness sessions and workshops (e.g. mindfulness, resilience, healthy habits).
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers on psychosocial risk topics, including coordination of external or internal support when needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, trusted persons, prevention advisors) and manage partnerships with external wellbeing experts.
- Monitor absenteeism and co-develop return-to-work strategies for employees returning from long-term sick leave.
- Evaluate the impact of wellbeing programs and adjust strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and contribute to innovation by integrating best practices and new ideas in workplace wellbeing.
We Would Love to Hear from People with
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Risk Management, Public Health, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role. Certification or experience as a Trusted Person or PSR Prevention Advisor is an asset.
- Solid understanding of workplace wellbeing, psychosocial risk factors, and relevant Belgian legislation.
- Strong communication, empathy, data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in French and Dutch; English is an advantage.

- You’re mobile and available to be present at different sites weekly, with a main base in Brussels (min. 2 days/week).
