Your role: Strategic advisor & impact driver
As a Strategy & Business Consultant Manager, you are more than a project leader — you are a trusted advisor to top management.
You drive missions end-to-end, influence decisions, and ensure tangible value creation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic missions
- Analyze client needs and define impactful solutions
- Structure projects, manage timelines, deliverables and teams
- Act as a trusted advisor
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Provide clear, fact-based recommendations and strategic viewpoints
- Drive business growth
- Contribute to business development initiatives
- Co-create new consulting offers aligned with market trends
- Develop people & capabilities
- Coach consultants (methodologies, problem-solving, soft skills)
- Share best practices and strengthen internal know-how
- Engage in the Consulting community
- Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Help shape the future of ENGIE Consulting
Your profile as Strategy & Business Consultant Manager
- Master’s degree (Engineering, Business or equivalent)
- 10–15 years’ experience in consulting or similar environments, with exposure to:
- Transformation programs
- Digital & innovation projects
- Business development / M&A
- Lean & operational excellence
- Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Client-centric mindset with strong influencing skills
- Agile, collaborative, and results-driven
