Join ENGIE Consulting, the in-house consulting department of the ENGIE Group, as a Strategy & Business Consultant (F/M/X) and take part in this exciting journey!

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Consultant 

 

  • You are a key contributor within a team of in-house consultants based in Belgium and France.
  • You lead 3- to 6-month operational or corporate projects for our internal clients worldwide: identifying client needs, developing tailored proposals aligned with their objectives, and ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • You contribute to the formulation of conclusions, recommendations, and innovative proposals throughout the assignment.
  • You build strong relationships and manage operational interactions with client representatives.
  • You oversee project sites, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • You support the growth of Internal Consulting within ENGIE and contribute to its strategic direction: developing new project offerings, sharing knowledge, and refining methodologies.
  • You actively participate in internal ENGIE Consulting activities, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • You are based in Brussels, with short- and medium-term international travel depending on project requirements.

 

YOUR PROFILE as Consultant  

 

  • You hold a higher education degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent university degree) and have 2–3 years of experience in external consulting firms.
  • You have excellent communication skills and speak French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
  • You are motivated by client management and innovation in your work.
  • You are passionate about business management in diverse contexts and enjoy analysis.
  • You have a growth mindset, thrive in teamwork, and are eager to collaborate and share knowledge and experience.
