Context
Within S&EM, the Ethics, Compliance & Privacy (EC CEP) team acts as the second line of defense. Its mission is to ensure a secure and compliant business environment with respect to banking and market regulations, while safeguarding business continuity and mitigating reputational risks.
At the core of S&EM, ENGIE Global Markets (EGM), as a regulated entity operating on financial markets, is directly impacted by these requirements.
EC CEP reports both to the S&EM Executive Committee member and to the CEO of EGM for EGM-related activities.
By joining EC CEP, you will report to the Head of Compliance, Ethics & Privacy and become part of a central team of 5–6 compliance officers. You will also collaborate with a global network of 6 local compliance officers, as well as ethics and privacy officers worldwide.
