Within the Renewable & Flex Power Business Unit, we are looking for an O&M Wind – SCADA Engineer (M/F/X) reporting into the Operations and Performance Manager BE/NL. You will be part of the O&M Team and play a key role in ensuring reliable monitoring, data quality, and asset performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as SCADA Engineer
As a SCADA Engineer, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the SCADA landscape. You combine strong OT/SCADA expertise with an interest in data and performance optimization.
- Act as a trusted SCADA/OT technical expert supporting wind and solar assets, while fostering knowledge sharing across teams
- Support the commissioning of new projects through collaboration on testing, validation, and smooth handover processes
- Contribute to the design and management of interfaces and data integrations (OPC, IEC, APIs) with a focus on clarity and efficiency
- Participate in incident analysis and troubleshooting, helping to identify solutions and prevent recurrence
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives within SCADA and automation
- Develop and enhance monitoring and data analysis solutions to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, building strong and constructive working relationships
YOUR PROFILE* as SCADA Engineer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, with a strong interest in SCADA and industrial systems.
- Experience in SCADA, automation, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of OT architectures (PLCs, networks
- Interest in data integration and performance analysis
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Professional English and knowledge of French or Dutch.
