Your Mission
As a Young Graduate, you will gradually take ownership of sales activities, including:
Business Development & Sales
- Support the development of B2B customers portfolio (international scope)
- Contribute to selling electricity, gas, and green energy solutions
- Identify customer needs and participate in tailored offer design
- Take part in commercial negotiations and contract structuring
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with B2B & corporate clients
- Support account managers in long-term customer development
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Market & Product Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of:
- Energy markets (power, gas, renewables)
- Decarbonization solutions
- Contribute to value propositions aligned with clients’ energy transition goals
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, trading, risk, operations and digital teams
- Participate in cross-functional projects within the OneB2B ecosystem
Learning & Development
- Follow a structured learning path including:
- Core sales techniques
- Energy product training
- Tools & CRM usage
- Receive continuous coaching from a mentor and senior sales professionals
What profile we are looking for
- Master's degree in engineering, Business, Management or a similar field.
- Young graduate or maximum 3years of experience as a Junior.
- Strong interest in:
- Sales and business development
- Energy markets and sustainability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and client-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Long-term interest in building a career in an international and multicultural environment.
- You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
- Open for international mobility
