The B2B Marketing team plays a key role in translating these opportunities into compelling customer propositions, impactful campaigns and market-leading customer experiences.

To strengthen our Marketing team, we are looking for a Product Marketeer B2B (M/F/X) who will translate our energy and energy transition solutions into impactful go-to-market actions.

In this role, you sit at the crossroads of Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Customer Intelligence. You transform customer insights, market trends and product priorities into targeted campaigns, qualified leads and strong commercial support for our Sales teams.

Working closely with internal and external partners, you contribute to the growth of ENGIE's B2B business by increasing customer engagement, supporting acquisition and retention, and helping customers advance on their energy transition journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Product Marketeer B2B

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

  • Translate complex energy, sustainability and flexibility solutions into clear and compelling customer value propositions.
  • Develop product marketing plans and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with the business strategy.
  • Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging across digital channels, sales materials and customer communications.
  • Develop sales enablement materials and tools to help Sales teams effectively position and sell our solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Business Product Owners, Communications, IT, Pricing and other stakeholders.
  • Explore AI-enabled marketing capabilities to improve personalization, content creation, campaign effectiveness and Sales support.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute targeted cross-channel campaigns supporting acquisition, retention, win-back, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Create engaging marketing content such as product webpages, e-books, videos, blog articles, brochures, newsletters and case studies in close collaboration with Communications.
  • Use CRM and customer data to improve targeting, segmentation, personalization and customer engagement.
  • Develop inbound marketing approaches and leverage marketing automation throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Managers to generate high-quality leads and support opportunity development.

Market Intelligence

  • Turn customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Business teams.
  • Conduct market, customer and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities and competitive differentiators.
  • Stay ahead of market and technology developments relevant to B2B energy customers and the energy transition.

Performance Management

  • Monitor campaign performance and conversion through web analytics, reporting and dashboards.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance, ROI and commercial impact.
  • Ensure structured follow-up of marketing-qualified leads in collaboration with Sales.
  • Translate marketing performance into clear insights and recommendations for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE as Product Marketeer B2B

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within energy, utilities, services, telecom or another B2B environment.
  • You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
  • You combine strong marketing expertise with a commercial and customer-oriented mindset.
  • You are comfortable working with CRM data, customer segmentation and campaign performance indicators.
  • You have experience with digital marketing, marketing automation and/or customer engagement tools.
  • You know how to translate complex products and services into simple and compelling customer benefits.
  • You enjoy collaborating closely with Sales teams and understand the importance of lead quality and commercial follow-up.
  • You are analytical, structured and result-oriented.
  • You are curious about new technologies and interested in AI-supported marketing tools.
  • You are flexible, eager to learn and continuously look for opportunities to improve.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are a true team player who enjoys working closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider Marketing team.
  • You are based in Brussels and can work from home according to ENGIE's applicable hybrid-working policy.

 

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  • CV pre-selection based on the key requirements.
  • In-depth HR interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner, online or on-site.
  • 1-hour online assessment covering abstract reasoning skills, personality and motivation.
  • Second on-site interview with the Hiring Manager / interview panel, consisting of the Hiring Manager and senior employee.
