We are currently looking for a Network Solutions Project Lead to strengthen our Global Business Support IT teams (GBS IT) working on nuclear sites.

You will lead strategic IT projects while also being hands-on in the field to ensure successful deployments.

Location: Position based in the headquarters in Brussels (ENGIE Tower) & regular travel on Nuclear production sites Tihange  and Doel (security clearance required) .

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES as Network Solutions Project Lead 

• Lead the integration of new or upgraded network solutions (WAN/MAN, LAN, WiFi) into our IT/OT production environments, ensuring they meet internal client needs and align with technical and security standards.
• Manage end-to-end deployment projects, from initial design to final implementation, with a strong focus on quality assurance, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and technical centers of expertise (SDWAN, Meraki, Zscaler, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and solution alignment.
• Drive change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions into production and minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, including handling customer requests, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely execution.
• Ensure high standards of performance and security, acting as a key player in the continuous evolution of our network infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE as Network Solutions Project Lead 

• You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and bring experience in IT or network project management, ideally in sensitive or industrial environments and within Agile frameworks.
• You have a solid understanding of networking and cybersecurity, and feel comfortable working on both strategic planning and on-site implementation.
• You’re autonomous, pragmatic, and field-oriented, with a strong analytical mindset and a drive to deliver practical, high-quality solutions.
• You’re a strong communicator and team player, able to build trust, foster collaboration, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• You are fluent in English, have an excellent command of either French or Dutch, and a good working knowledge of the other—enabling you to thrive in a multilingual, multicultural environment.
• You hold certifications in Agile, Prince2, or similar methodologies.
