Working Student Financial Advisory (m/f/d)

ACT NOW! – Your responsibilities:

  • Develop a good understanding of the business which is being assessed, its main revenue and cost drivers, areas of risk and opportunities and competitive levers
  • Build financial models / financial projections based on business case assumptions for E-mobility, greenfield power/gas projects, M&A opportunities and energy solutions files
  • Prepare accurate representation of financing, accounting and tax related inputs and projections in financial models
  • Produce valuation analysis/reports with sensitivities analysis, applying the appropriate valuation methodology/standards
  • Document assumptions and results in investment notes/reports for the management
  • Support AIFA managers in duties such as structuring project financing solutions, supporting internal approval process for new economic commitments, supporting negotiations with partners/banks and maintaining market intelligence 


Your profile:

  • Ongoing bachelor or master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related matters in exact sciences
  • First professional experience in Banking, private equity, power/infrastructure or financial advisory is a plus
  • Ongoing CFA or CFA aspiration is a plu
  • Strong interest in valuation, financial modelling, financial analysis, investment analysis, project financing, corporate financing, accounting standards 
  • Advanced German and English skills
