Work Environment 


We are looking for a junior Talent Acquisition to support expanding our activities in Thailand and the SEA region. You will focus on attracting the best talents for Tractebel in the area. You will act as a business partner with the hiring managers to guide and drive the recruitment strategy, which aligns with the business needs. You will oversee the overall end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.


All your missions have to be performed with the highest standards of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics.


Missions

 

  • You will report to the Regional HR Manager APAC.
  • Manage and implement the talent acquisition strategy with the HR team and the Hiring Managers. 
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand the business needs, recruitment challenges, and the region's latest talent trends.
  • Update the job analysis of each position with the support of the HR team and the Head of the Department. 
  • Manage and implement a solid sourcing strategy to secure the best talents in the Energy sector. 
  • Perform the end-to-end recruitment process according to the Company and Group policy; utilizing all Company tools and resources. 
  • Represent the company's vision and values and continue promoting the brand to candidates.
  • Implement the Company DEI objectives and strategy, Ethics, and Compliance policy in all aspects of the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the talent database, including competitor talents’ compensation and benefits information.   
  • Prepare an onboarding plan and coordinate with internal stakeholders for a smooth onboarding process as part of the Candidate’s positive journey with Tractebel. 
  • Monitor and follow up on the mandatory training for all new joiners and completion within the deadline.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting experiences, preferably from the recruitment consulting firm.    
  • Working knowledge of technical recruitment in the Energy sector in the SEA region. 
  • Experience in the onboarding plan, including international mobility.  
  • Solid business acumen; knowledgeable of Tractebel and the ENGIE group vision and values. 
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated. 
  • Great team player with solid interpersonal skills. 
  • Reliable, well-organized, and result-oriented. 
  • Fluency in Thai, English, and other regional language knowledge is a plus.
  • The position is based in Bangkok (Two Pacific Tower - Nana BTS Station).
