ENGIE Services Poland is looking for a Buyer to join our growing Procurement Team in Warsaw.
As part of the international ENGIE Group, a global leader in the energy transition, you will be responsible for procurement activities within Facility Management, technical building installations, and Indirect Spend categories.

🎯 Your Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage assigned procurement categories
✅ Lead end-to-end sourcing projects
✅ Conduct supplier market analyses and develop business recommendations
✅ Negotiate commercial terms and framework agreements
✅ Partner with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs
✅ Develop and implement category strategies
✅ Build and maintain supplier relationships while managing risks
✅ Monitor savings performance and procurement KPIs
✅ Ensure compliance with ENGIE procurement policies and procedures
👤 What We're Looking For
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Management, or a related field
✔️ Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in:
- Facility Management
- Technical Building Installations
- Energy Sector
✔️ Hands-on experience in:
- Tender management
- Contract negotiations
- RFQ / RFP / RFI processes
✔️ Strong spend analysis and cost optimization skills, including TCO evaluation
✔️ Experience in category management and supplier relationship management
✔️ Knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
✔️ Experience with supplier performance monitoring and corrective action plans
✔️ Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred)
✔️ Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
✔️ Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
