As we embark on this crucial journey, we're seeking a dynamic Transition and Mobilization Lead to play a pivotal role in our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. We Want You
- Lead the transition of new processes and services into the GBS center, ensuring smooth handovers and operational stability
- Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, collaborating with stakeholders across business units and global functions
- Manage key GBS projects, including process improvement initiatives and system implementations
- Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget
 
Who Are You
- A seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in project management or transition management, preferably in a GBS/Shared Services environment
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile practitioner (preferred)
- Fluent in English, with French language skills as an advantage
- A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experienced in change management and leading teams through complex transitions
- Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness
