Within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization, we are looking for a Transition and Mobilization Lead who will shape how we grow, integrate, and deliver services across borders.

- Lead end-to-end transitions of new processes and services into the GBS center, from planning through stabilization.

- Define transition plans and timelines in close collaboration with business units, global functions, and operational teams.

- Develop and maintain clear documentation including Standard Operating Procedures, workflows, and KPIs for all transitioned processes.

- Manage key GBS projects such as process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and center expansions.

- Build detailed project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems across impacted teams.

- Prepare regular project updates and risk reports for senior leadership, ensuring full visibility on milestones and performance.

 

 

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Experience in project management, transition management, or a similar role within a GBS, Shared Services, or multinational environment.

- Experience in leading or being part of large-scale process transitions with strong business continuity outcomes.

- Exposure to project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, or PRINCE2, and tools like MS Project or JIRA.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Strong communication skills in English and French.
