Your role
The Senior HR Specialist (SME) carries out administrative and transactional HR activities while also acting as a process expert and key contributor to the transition of HR activities from France to Romania.
The role is responsible for documenting, standardizing and validating HR processes in collaboration with HR teams and Global Process Owners (GPOs), ensuring operational readiness and knowledge transfer to the receiving organization.
The Senior HR Specialist supports the design and stabilization of HR operations delivered from Romania and acts as a senior reference point for the operational teams performing these activities.
For this role Travel is required: 70% or more of the time during the first year
Your missions
- Process Documentation & Standardization

- Work closely with HR teams in France and Romania to document, standardize and optimize HR processes.
- Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, knowledge base articles and other operational documentation using the standard templates and governance defined by the organization.
- Develop and maintain process maps and operational workflows for the activities in scope.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and key stakeholders to review, validate and align HR processes and documentation.
- Ensure process documentation remains accurate, updated and aligned with operational practices.
- Transition, Knowledge Transfer & Training

- Actively participate in the transition of HR activities from France to Romania, supporting all phases including knowledge transfer, dual run, go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the receiving organization in France or Romania.
- Train and support operational teams on newly designed or updated processes to ensure consistent and compliant execution.
- Act as a senior process reference point for the teams delivering HR activities from Romania and provide guidance on process execution and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process harmonization across teams and countries.
- HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure accurate and timely data entries and updates in all relevant HR tools provided to support complete processing of personnel administration for the operations and processes delegated to the team, such as:

- Employee data management: update personal information, manage changes related to employee benefits (energy allowance, internet allowance, etc.), and carry out registration and data entry related to social benefits for life events.
- Enter data related to work stoppages and follow up with the relevant French and Belgian authorities.
- Manage HR operations and transactions (non-exhaustive list):
- Manage and monitor transport reimbursements, including processing manual requests and verifying automated transactions.
- Prepare administrative documents such as certificates and letters.
- Respond to Tier 2 requests requiring specific HR expertise.
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of HR reports.

Your profile
- 3–7 years of experience in personnel administration, HR operations or HR shared services.
- Solid experience in personnel administrative management in an SSC / BPO / GBS environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in personnel administrative management.
- Experience in process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, knowledge base articles and process mapping.
- Previous involvement in transitions, migrations, knowledge transfer or process stabilization activities.
- Experience delivering trainings, onboarding sessions or operational support to end users and teams.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Fluent French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience supporting France-based entities and knowledge of French HR processes and social legislation.
- Ability to work independently in an international and fast-paced environment.
