What you will do:

As part of the SEZAME application (SuccessFactors and its satellites), the Recruiting Domain Lead plays a key role in managing Recruiting topics. He is also a support and back up on Employee central Topics (Time off & RBP especially) Operating within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment, the role contributes to delivering efficient, standardized, and compliant processes on Recruiting and Employee Central (Time off & RBP) This role contributes to RUN quality, continuous improvement of the Recruiting & Employee Central/Time off/RBP module, continuous deployment on entities and management of evolutions in close collaboration with Group HR and the implementation partner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting/Time Off/RBP RUN & Functional Support
    • Ensure monitoring of the Recruiting/Time Off/RBP module (stability, incident management by the implementation partner, alerts) and coordinate corrective actions
    • Ensure high levels of accuracy and service quality in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs.
    • Ensure that Recruiting/Time Off/RBP documentation (user guides, Q&As, support materials) is always up to date o Identify and produce new documentation following incidents or aimed at reducing “HOW TO” support tickets
  • Recruiting/Time Off/RBP Evolutions Management
    • Support the Business Process Owner in the design, testing (SIT & UAT) and prioritization of Recruiting/Time Off/RBP evolutions across releases
    • Ensure that impact analysis is properly performed by the implementation partner
    • Track the implementation of evolutions delivered by our implementation partner o Guarantee to maintain a clear, consistent SEZAME Recruiting/Time Off/RBP core model, aligned with the golden rules and challenge business needs when not aligned with best practices
  • SAP Roadmap
    • Monitor SAP Roadmap & What’s new and share it to Business Owners
    • Influence SAP Roadmap & share ENGIE Pain points
    • Participate to SAP Webinar & shared experience with other clients

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in any ATS and HR Systems
  • Experience – 3-5 years
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
  • Strong Team player in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and ownership mindset
