At ENGIE, we believe the energy transition starts with the right people. Within our Global Business Services (GBS) team, we build the foundations that power ENGIE's mission to combat climate change and optimize resources. We are looking for a Recruiting Domain Lead to join our HR Systems team and drive excellence across our recruiting and employee central platforms.

In this role, you will shape how ENGIE attracts talent globally. You will manage and improve our SEZAME application (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring our recruiting processes are efficient, standardized, and future-ready. Your work directly supports thousands of hiring decisions across the group.

What You'll Do

- Monitor the stability and performance of the Recruiting, Time Off, and RBP modules, coordinating incident resolution with our implementation partner.
- Maintain high service quality aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Keep all functional documentation up to date, including user guides, Q&As, and support materials, while proactively creating resources to reduce support tickets.
- Support the Business Process Owner in designing, testing (SIT and UAT), and prioritizing system evolutions across releases.
- Track and validate evolutions delivered by the implementation partner, ensuring alignment with the SEZAME core model and golden rules.
- Monitor the SAP Roadmap, share insights with Business Owners, and represent ENGIE's needs in SAP forums and webinars.
- Challenge business requests that deviate from best practices and propose compliant alternatives.

What You Bring

- A Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR information systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and clear communication abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with a sense of ownership and rigor.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Location

Bucharest, Romania – Hybrid working arrangement.

What We Offer

- A competitive salary package with clear career progression opportunities within a global organization.
- A diverse range of missions across HR technology, process improvement, and SAP innovation.
- Stimulating work at the intersection of HR and digital transformation, with real business impact.
- A friendly, multicultural work environment where collaboration is valued.
- Flexibility and work-life balance through our hybrid model and extended holiday entitlement based on tenure.
- Private health insurance for you and your family, meal tickets, and ongoing professional development programs.
