At ENGIE, we're powering the future of sustainable energy. As a Procurement Team Lead in our GBS division, you'll drive efficiency and excellence in our global operations. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to create a carbon-neutral world.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a local team of procurement professionals;
  • Oversee GBS Procurement operational services provided by your team;
  • Set operational targets and manage performance for your local team;
  • Ensure operational excellence within your scope of activities;
  • Drive continuous improvement in service and process performance;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance procurement operations;
  • Implement best practices to optimize procurement activities;
  • Provide timely responses to stakeholders and suppliers;
  • Resolve issues as the first level of escalation;
  • Monitor service delivery compliance with process documentation;
  • Ensure seamless operation of your local team;
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions for procurement challenges.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • College / University degree;
  • Experienced professional with a background in Procurement Operations with support functions management;
  • Knowledgeable about procurement processes and best practices, relevant regulations and compliance standards;
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English; French is an advantage;
  • Problem-solver with experience in issue resolution;
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting operational targets;
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment;
  • Passionate about sustainability and the energy transition.
