As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our procurement operations. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that shape sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, and accelerate our energy transition goals. Your analytical expertise will directly influence how we buy, partner, and create value.
What You'll Do
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze procurement data across Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes to produce reliable business KPIs.
- Research external market indicators, supplier profiles, pricing trends, and benchmarks to support category strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Build complex data models for sourcing events, including total cost of ownership analysis, bid comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
- Monitor supplier performance under framework contracts and deliver reporting on pricing levels, catalogue usage and savings tracking.
- Validate savings data quality, identify discrepancies, and escalate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Create analysis tables and communication packs that support buyers and internal stakeholders during negotiations and category reviews.
- Contribute data insights to the transformation cockpit and support digital procurement initiatives.
What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis within procurement, supply chain, or a similar business environment.
- Strong expertise in Excel and Power BI, with the ability to handle complex data modelling and consolidation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and P2P processes.
- Understanding of sourcing management principles, including TCO analysis, market surveys, and supplier evaluation.
- Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across diverse teams and geographies.
Location
