It currently has 7 Business Support functions: purchasing, consulting, finance, real estate and logistics, legal, human Resources, information systems. ENGIE GBS is establishing a SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE) and is seeking a Senior SAP SIGNAVIO Process Mining Data Engineer to implement this capability.

This role is highly technical: you will design and own the end‑to‑end process mining stack on SAP Signavio, from source system integration and data modeling to KPI frameworks, dashboards, and advanced analytical use cases supporting Service Lines in their improvement accountability. You will act as a technical authority for process mining within GBS and play a key role in defining standards, governance, and best practices for the CoE.


Platform & Program Context

ENGIE is migrating from Celonis to SAP Signavio on  GET program scope, covering P2P and I2P (France, Chile)

The platform also covers HR Processes : Payroll (France, Belgium), Talent Acquisition (GBS scope) , Management Position (ENGIE Scope)

Core objectives :

  • Compliance and standardization : alignment between Process Intelligence and Process Manager (end‑to‑end BPM coverage)
  • Operational performance , deep‑dive diagnostics via operational KPIs, SLA monitoring and breach analysis

Additional rollouts (O2C, MSP, R2R, Training) and expansion to all GBS countries (Germany, Belgium, Mexico, North America, etc.) will occur during 2026–2027, across heterogeneous SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Process Mining Architecture & Data Engineering

  • Design and implement robust data pipelines into SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
  • Lead system integrations with:
    • SAP S/4HANA, ARIBA, BASWARE
    • Legacy ERP systems (pre‑GET landscapes across multiple countries)
  • Define extraction strategies, data refresh mechanisms, and performance optimization approaches
  • Build and maintain:
    • Advanced data models (event logs, case notions, entity relationships)
    • Transformation and enrichment scripts
    • Complex mappings across multi‑system process variants
  • Configure and optimize Process Explorer and Signavio Value Accelerators

2. Data Quality, Governance & Reliability

  • Define and execute data quality and consistency controls
  • Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and technical root causes
  • Establish data governance standards for the Process Mining CoE

3. KPI Frameworks & Advanced Analytics

  • Design enterprise‑grade KPI frameworks aligned with process performance, compliance, and SLAs
  • Translate business rules into technically sound KPI logic
  • Build and maintain advanced dashboards supporting:
    • Conformance checking
    • Variant analysis
    • Root‑cause analysis
  • Support continuous refinement based on business feedback and process evolution

4. Business Enablement & Adoption

  • Act as a technical partner to Finance, Procurement, and HR leadership
  • Guide business users in interpreting Signavio insights and translating them into improvement actions
  • Lead enablement activities: expert training sessions, advanced walkthroughs, and governance rituals
  • Drive user autonomy and adoption at scale across GBS service lines

5. CoE Build‑up & Technical Leadership

  • Contribute to defining standards, methodologies, and operating models for the Process Mining CoE
  • Provide expert input on roadmap, tooling evolution, and reuse across processes and geographies

Required Profile

  • 3/5+ years of experience in process mining, data engineering, or process analytics
  • Proven, hands‑on expertise with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence (certification strongly preferred)
  • Strong experience designing process mining solutions across end‑to‑end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Hire‑to‑Retire)
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills, including SQL and data modeling concepts
  • Ability to operate at both deep technical level and senior stakeholder level
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex analytical outcomes clearly
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • French
  • Prior experience with Celonis, bringing comparative and migration insight
  • Strong SAP ecosystem knowledge (S/4HANA, ARIBA, SuccessFactors)
  • BPMN 2.0 and process design expertise
  • Experience in large‑scale SAP or enterprise transformation programs
  • Exposure to international, multi‑cultural environments
  • Certifications: SAP Signavio, Lean, Six Sigma
