The Zscaler operation Manager is a member of the NOC Front office team, he is responsible for managing operational relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure the continuity of ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) services. This role is strategic in maintaining secure and efficient internet services and access for end-users, while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments.

What you will do:
- Managing relationships with partners and suppliers
- Maintain operational relationships with Zscaler teams and technical partners to monitor incidents and performance.
- Coordinate update and improvement campaigns with suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitoring maintenance and updates
- Oversee and manage maintenance notifications related to ZIA and ZPA services.
- Ensure clear and effective communication regarding potential impacts of maintenance on internal users.
- Handling orders and configurations
- Oversee the orders, deployments, and terminations of Zscaler services.
- Verify that configurations and changes are accurately recorded and aligned with business needs in internal tools.
- Data management and CMDB quality
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of Zscaler service information within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Identify and resolve data anomalies or inconsistencies in collaboration with relevant teams.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of technical experience in network and security operations in a complex infrastructure context.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise networks.
- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Technical expertise in Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA).
- Strong skills in managing partner relationships and coordinating technical teams.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and databases (CMDB).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of organization and attention to detail for performance tracking and issue resolution
- General knowledge of networks and security infrastructures
- Web technologies
- Firewall security
- DNS/DHCP technologies
- AWS/Azure Cloud native network/security services
- Network tools : Monitoring and log collection (Spectrum, Splunk, Netscout)
- ITIL standards
- ITSM : Service Now
