The Infrastructure IT Engineer ensures the availability, security, and scalability of production infrastructures across AWS and on-premise environments.
The role focuses on infrastructure operations with strong exposure to AWS cloud services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain AWS and on-premise infrastructures (L1–L3)
  • Manage incidents, problems, patching, backups, and security
  • Deploy and administer IaaS and PaaS services on AWS
  • Ensure compliance with Engie standards (CMDB, tagging, SecOps, FinOps)
  • Support cloud migration and go-to-run activities
  • Supervise third-party providers and ensure SLA compliance
  • Document architectures, runbooks, and incidents

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in production infrastructure environment
  • OS: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu)
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL
  • Middleware: Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic
  • AWS Fundamentals: EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS, VPC
  • Backup tools (Veeam), networking basics, ServiceNow
  • Exposure to containers, DevOps tools, or scripting is a plus
  • AWS Solutions Architect Associate – mandatory
  • On-call duty required
  • English B2 (spoken and written)
  • French is appreciated
