As an O2C Associate in our Global Business Services (GBS) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organization while contributing to our global impact. We Want You
- Execute cash application processes with precision and timeliness
- Maintain accurate customer accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, ENGIE policies, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality
- Manage and maintain customer master data across relevant systems
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in financial operations or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement attitude
- Intermediate level of English and French, both written and oral
- Experience with RPA and other European languages is a plus
