It currently has 7 Business Support functions: purchasing, consulting, finance, real estate and logistics, legal, human Resources, information systems. As a Level 2 System Engineer (80%), you take responsibility for supporting, maintaining, and improving IT services such as Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and related platforms.

You’ll work closely with local IT teams and external providers to ensure reliable and secure operations.

As Deputy Team Lead (20%), you act as the backup for the Team Lead, coordinating daily team activities, overseeing ticket queues, and serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for colleagues in Romania.

You also assist with team planning, workload distribution, and communication with local HR and other stakeholders.

 

We Want You

  • Manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless operations for our global workforce
  • Resolve critical incidents and maintain the security of our cloud-based Group services
  • Provide expert support to Local IT teams, acting as a key resource for complex technical issues
  • Implement and execute changes to minimize disruption to business operations
  • Automate support and administration tasks using PowerShell scripting
  • Serve as backup for the Team Lead, coordinating daily activities and overseeing ticket queues
  • Act as the primary point of contact for team members in Romania, fostering collaboration and efficiency

 

Who Are You

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of technical experience with Microsoft 365 environment in complex infrastructure contexts
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, and OKTA platform
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
