As a Junior Payment Associate in our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and compliant vendor payments, contributing to our operational excellence and overall compliance. We Want You
- Execute payment proposals and runs according to established calendars and procedures
- Review and validate payment transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Investigate and resolve payment exceptions, including blocks, failures, and returned payments
- Support fraud prevention measures and maintain proper documentation for all transactions
- Collaborate with Treasury and other teams to ensure smooth payment processes
- Identify and propose process improvement opportunities for payment execution
 
Who Are You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Invoice-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, or payment processing
- Good understanding of end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay processes and their impact on Finance
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP S4/Hana preferred) and payment processing systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
