As a PO Agent in our GBS Procurement team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of our procurement processes. We Want You
- Process and prioritize purchase requisitions, verifying accuracy and completeness
- Create and amend purchase orders in compliance with procurement guidelines
- Interact with requesters and procurement stakeholders to clarify needs and resolve issues
- Maintain correct pricing data and address discrepancies
- Apply procurement rules and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
Who Are You
- A recent graduate or professional with 0-2 years of experience in procurement, P2P, finance operations, or related fields
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in French and English at B1-B2 level
- Basic knowledge of P2R/P2P processes and procurement governance
- Experience with SAP Ariba/S4HANA is advantageous, but training will be provided
- Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and seek guidance when needed
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and grow
