As a Junior PAO Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes that enable our teams to focus on driving sustainable energy solutions. Join us in making a meaningful impact on both our organization and the planet.
We Want You
- Manage and update employee data in HR systems with precision and timeliness;
- Process personnel administration tasks for various operations and procedures;
- Handle employee benefits updates, including energy and internet allowances;
- Manage work stoppage data and liaise with French and Belgian authorities;
- Oversee transport reimbursements and prepare administrative documents;
- Respond to Tier 2 HR requests requiring specialized expertise;
- Contribute to the preparation and delivery of HR reports.
Who Are You
- A recent graduate with 0-2 years of experience in personnel administration or HR operations;
- Holder of a Bac+2 degree in Administrative Management or equivalent qualification;
- Knowledgeable in personnel administrative management;
- Familiar with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and MS Operations;
- Excellent communicator with strong time management skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken Dutch;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining data accuracy;
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment;
Job Based In
