The Infrastructure Operations Manager is a key member of the NOC Front Office. This role combines the management of ISP operators, infrastructure lifecycle, and monitoring operations with continuous improvement initiatives. It is strategic in ensuring service continuity, technical alignment, infrastructure readiness, and end-to-end vendor performance.
The position involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders (Service Delivery Managers, back-office teams, security officers) and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Led infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and coordination with technical teams using Agile (Kanban) methodologies.
- Managed change and integration processes, including CAB presentations and out-of-hours deployments, to ensure seamless system updates and minimal operational disruption.
- Oversaw ISP service management, including supplier governance (SLA/KPI tracking, incident reviews), contract follow-ups, and supervision of service rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
- Directed infrastructure lifecycle activities, including maintenance (MCO), equipment lifecycle tracking, CMDB data integrity in ServiceNow, and continuous improvement initiatives through automation.
- Provided operational and customer support, resolving telecom incidents, managing provisioning and logistics, and contributing to client governance via KPI reporting and escalation handling
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of technical experience in network and security operations in a complex infrastructure context.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, cloud solutions, and enterprise networks.
- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Technical expertise in ISP & Network solutions.
- Technical Project Management expertise (deployment, change)
- Strong skills in managing partner relationships and coordinating technical teams.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and databases (CMDB).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- High level of organization and attention to detail for performance tracking and issue resolution
- French speaking.
Other information:

- Hybrid way of working – 3 days in the office.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Work Hours: Rotating shifts with availability for extended hours during critical events.
- Non-business hours: Planned maintenance operation.
- This position requires a good technical foundation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
