We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead IT initiatives in the Real Estate and Facility Management domain. This position is key to driving technical transformation projects that support Workplace, Audiovisual, and Facility IT systems. Within the Shared Service team in the Real Estate / Facility Management division, the IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of projects related to facility management digitalization, workplace technologies, and audiovisual solutions.
What you will do:
- Define the objectives, timelines, risks, and budgets of Real Estate and Facility Management IT projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Coordinate technical and functional teams and monitor projects until successful completion.
- Manage the implementation of facility management software solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and operational workflows.
- Oversee the deployment of workplace, audiovisual, and smart building technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Establish close collaboration with Real Estate, Workplace, and NCS stakeholders, as well as with GBS IT and local IT teams, to build alignment and shared accountability.
- Ensure that facility management projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while complying with project governance standards.
- Develop, maintain, and validate comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Drive the digital transformation of facility and workplace management processes, promoting innovation and efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, ensuring transparency with stakeholders and proactively addressing risks and issues.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven IT project management experience in Facility Management, Workplace, or Real Estate domains.
- Strong experience with workplace digitalization, audiovisual systems, or facility IT tools.
- Ability to coordinate across NCS, Workplace, and Audiovisual functions.
- 5–10 years in IT project management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple Real Estate/FM-related projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
