ENGIE’s Global Business Support (GBS) brings together nearly 2,000 employees across multiple countries, providing efficient and compliant business support to ENGIE’s Business Units and Corporate functions. Within GBS, the Finance department focuses on three core operational areas: Invoice to Pay (I2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C).

As part of our ongoing transformation to achieve higher efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a I2P Finance Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure timely delivery of key projects.

 

Your Role:

  • Drive Finance I2P transformation initiatives within GBS, impacting processes, people, and technology.
  • Collaborate with process, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Track business cases, follow up on project milestones, and facilitate workshops.
  • Lead transformation projects with support from external consultants.

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance project management, ideally in multinational or shared services environments.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of Accounts Payable (I2P); Procure to Receipt (P2R) knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading finance projects internationally.
  • Solid understanding of Finance I2P operations and shared service / GBS context.
  • Familiarity with I2P systems (SAP S4/Hana FI module for AP and payment, IMS/Basware preferred).
  • Knowledge of local AP legislation and accounting practices is advantageous.
  • English – advanced (written and spoken).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Effective at escalation handling, process improvement, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Able to rapidly build and leverage networks; confident influencing multiple stakeholders.
