As an HR Project Manager in our Global Business Services (GBS) Romania, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our organization's future. Join us in driving HR initiatives that support our growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

We Want You

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR projects across the employee lifecycle
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
• Establish and maintain project governance
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR projects involving GBS leadership and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and prepare executive-level summaries
• Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of HR solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, tools, and ways of working

Who Are You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR project management, HR transformation, or HR PMO roles
• Proven experience delivering projects in a GBS / SSC / multinational environment
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (mandatory), French is a strong advantage
• Experience with project management tools and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
