As our Data Expert, you will transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You will own the full data value chain, from ingestion to visualization, and serve as a technical mentor for the team. Your work directly supports Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT operations at a global scale.

 

 

- Deliver end-to-end data solutions from ingestion through transformation to insightful dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

- Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and datasets using modern lakehouse architectures on AWS and Microsoft Fabric.

- Develop compelling Power BI visualizations and proactively propose data-driven insights that create tangible business value.

- Act as the technical single point of contact for your data solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and lifecycle management.

- Drive automation across all data workflows to reduce manual effort and optimize cost-effectiveness from day one.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, data governance, SecOps, and FinOps operating models across the GBS organization.

- Continuously improve solution architectures, tooling, and processes while mentoring team members on best practices.

 

 

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience delivering data solutions with demonstrated business impact.

- Strong expertise in AWS data services, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, pipelines, semantic models), and Power BI (DAX, Power Query, M language).

- Solid proficiency in Python, SQL, and automation tools such as Power Automate.

- Working knowledge of Collibra, Informatica IDMC, CI/CD processes, GitHub, Jira, and AI-assisted development tools.

- Previous experience in an international environment and familiarity with agile methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus. You are autonomous, results-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn.
