We are looking for a Business Solution Developer who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You will design and deliver solutions that directly reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and accelerate our financial transformation. Your work will have a tangible impact on how hundreds of colleagues operate every day.

 

 

- Design and develop end-to-end technical solutions integrating SAP, Excel, Power Platform, and automation tools such as Winshuttle.

- Transform business requirements into clear technical specifications, prototypes, and production-ready applications.

- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and error reduction.

- Build automated workflows, data pipelines, and user-friendly interfaces using PowerAutomate, Dataverse, and PowerApps.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts and process owners to co-design functional and technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation including functional designs, technical designs, and user guides.

- Support testing, deployment, and end-user assistance while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

 

 

- Demonstrated experience developing business solutions using SAP (FI/MM/SD/CO), advanced Excel (VBA, PowerQuery, PowerPivot), and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Expert-level skills in PowerAutomate and Dataverse, with the ability to design relational data models and complex workflows.

- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, posting logic, and master/transactional data interactions.

- Excellent communication skills in English (working language), French is an advantage.

- Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and deliver within agile/scrum settings.

- Background in finance, shared services, or digital transformation is a strong asset.

- A structured, problem-solving mindset with a genuine sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
