Service Description:
The Global Business Support (GBS) entity brings together the Group’s Shared Service Centers in France and Belgium. It covers seven functional areas: General and IT Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Real Estate and Logistics, Information Systems, Internal Consulting, and Legal.
Main Missions:
• Standardize, simplify, and secure processes
• Act as the reference operator for ENGIE’s support functions and as a trusted partner for the Group’s operational entities
• Contribute to the Group’s overall performance

Your mission:
Reporting to the Finance Satellites AMOA Manager, in charge to BLACKLINE Software , you will be responsible for carrying out the missions and activities described below:
• Ownership of change requests and enhancements in close collaboration with the Global Process Owners of the process
• Participation in requirements-gathering workshops (Fit/Gap workshops, detailed design workshops, etc.)
• Monitoring and validation, in collaboration with the Global Process teams, of the Design phases and related deliverables (DFS/DD)
• Management and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases with Accounting,
• Monitoring of the production deployment
• Contribution to training sessions to support the rollout of enhancements to end users
• Level 2 support provided to IT teams in the context of technical incidents
• Support to end users, including tool proficiency, assistance with the implementation of new processes, and definition of workarounds
• Contribution to the updating and maintenance of Master Data
Your profile: You hold a Master’s degree in Finance and/or Information Systems and have gained initial professional experience, providing you with a strong dual skill set combining IT (Business/Functional scope) and Finance/Accounting. A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge financial and accountancy process , a first experience in accounting department can be a strong point
• Experience using in using financial ERP and other financial software
• Strong experience in processus R2R “Report to record”
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and feedback delivery to end users
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy communicating with different people.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and possess strong writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and to work independently.
Languages: Fluent in French and English.
