What you will do:

We are looking for a CLIP Application Coordinator to ensure the operational excellence of a portfolio of business applications.

As a key interface between IT and the business, you will be accountable for application RUN activities, service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. You will act as the main point of contact for all RUN-related topics and will play a central role in governance, incident management, and the successful transition from Build to Run. The CLIP application coordinator is working closely with CLIP Functional Architects and the delivery provider (TCS).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship & Governance
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all RUN-related topics.
    • Lead and participate in operational monitoring and governance meetings (Monthly Business Review).
    • Ensure effective communication, issue tracking, and follow-up of action plans.
  • Operational Application Management
    • Manage service commitments and ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
    • Monitor and control RUN budgets, including operational and development costs.
    • Ensure service continuity and performance in line with business expectations.
    • Identification and management of application obsolescence.
    • Operational risk management and coordination of application decommissioning activities.
  • Request & Incident Management
    • Receive, analyze, and follow up on business requests.
    • Ensure timely escalation when required and oversee major incident management.
    • Follow-up on Provider’s root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring incidents.
  • Transition to RUN (Build to Run)
    • Validate and secure the transition from Build to Run.
    • Ensure readiness of applications, documentation, and support processes.
    • Oversee post go-live stabilization and RUN follow-up.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
    • Produce regular RUN reporting, including SLAs, KPIs, and budget tracking (MBRs).
    • Manage RUN-related projects in case of major migrations or new business needs.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills: 

  • Proven experience as an Application Manager, Service Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of RUN activities and IT service management (ITIL mindset).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and workflow tools (ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of Middleware environment, API Management, webMethods, Talend, Kafka, Splunk
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and governance forums.
  • Experience in budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and manage operational projects.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Basic or more in French.
