It currently has 7 Business Support functions: purchasing, consulting, finance, real estate and logistics, legal, human Resources, information systems. Your main responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert for S2C processes within ENGIE GBS.
• Support harmonization and digitalization initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company goals.
• Lead and participate in projects that drive process optimization and technology adoption.
• Advise stakeholders (Process Leads, GPOs, Support Teams) on best practices and core model adherence.
• Monitor compliance, support audits, and define relevant KPIs to track and improve performance.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and change initiatives that promote collaboration and engagement across global teams.
• Build and nurture a strong S2C community across ENGIE, leveraging internal and external networks to benchmark and share best practices.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in S2C process management within a GBS or multinational environment.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, with exposure to one or more S2C tools (knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt your communication and approach depending on the audience.
• Advanced MS Office skills and a proactive attitude toward automation and efficiency initiatives.
• Fluency in English is required; French or Spanish are a plus.
• University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
