As an AWS Specialist within our Global Business Support (GBS) team, you will ensure the availability, security, and performance of our cloud environments. You will work alongside a collaborative operations team, supporting ENGIE's business units while growing your expertise in a fast-evolving technical landscape.

 

 

- Manage and operate AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and compliance with ENGIE security policies.

- Deploy and administer IaaS and PaaS services, including VM provisioning and serverless architectures, in collaboration with cloud partners.

- Perform Level 1 to 3 operational maintenance on AWS environments, Windows Servers, and Linux Servers.

- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or Jenkins.

- Monitor existing platforms, identify technical issues, and resolve incidents with thorough root cause analysis.

- Advise and support business units during go-to-run processes, sharing cloud expertise and best practices.

- Write and maintain technical documentation, architecture files, and operational procedures.

 

 

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, IAM, RDS, and VPC.

- AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification (mandatory).

- Solid knowledge of container orchestration on AWS (ECS, EKS) and DevOps tooling (Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform).

- Operating system proficiency in Linux or Windows, with scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Oracle) and monitoring tools (Grafana, CloudWatch).

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and experience with ServiceNow.

- Fluency in English (B2 minimum, spoken and written); French is a plus.

- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.

- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and interventions outside standard working hours.
