For the Business Development Department, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager Low Carbon Hydrogen EU (M/F/X).
YOUR CHALLENGE as Technical Project Manager Low Carbon Hydrogen EU (M/F/X):
- You serve as the primary technical lead for this H2BE project development including Carbon Capture and Storage CCS.
- As part of the H2BE team, you will be responsible for:
- The technical feasibility and design of the project and the partner/supplier relations,.. both during the engineering studies phase and the operations phase.
- Translating the resulting technical requirements into the related project agreements such as EPC(M) contract(s).
- Actively participating in the definition of the project’s procurement and contracting strategy in cooperation with procurement and contract management.
- Provide input and assistance during the community consultation process to address stakeholder questions of a technical nature.
- Defining, identifying & mobilizing resources on the technical deliverables.
- Structuring and budgeting the operation and maintenance of the project, including the staffing and mobilization plan, interfacing with O&M vendors, O&M agreements (LTSA), KPIs and pricing structure.
- Providing coöperation with the different ENGIE teams: HSE, Business Development, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, Contract Management, Procurement, Architect, and Construction.
- It is your goal to well design, structure and de-risk our projects in order to reach our common goal to drive low carbon Hydrogen projects towards Final Investment Decision.
YOUR PROFILE as Technical Project Manager Low Carbon Hydrogen EU (M/F/X):
- You have at least a Master degree in a related technical discipline, preferably chemical, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- You have held final responsibility for the design, engineering, and construction of large industrial facilities with at least proven competency related to Hydrogen production and/or CCS, chemical, oil & gas, or other large process-based facilities and their design.
- You are assertive and possess great influencing and negotiation skills
- You possess strong and proven leadership skills.
- You are multilingual: excellent command of English with a good working knowledge of Dutch or willingness to upskill in a short time frame
- You’re flexible and open for limited travelling once or twice a month. (Mainly HQ in Paris, Norway and Germany)
